What is a racist incident.?


“Un incidente racista se refiere a cualquier acontecimiento que sea
susceptible de ser percibido como tal por la víctima del mismo o por
cualquier otra persona…. Puede variar desde el abuso verbal hasta el
asalto físico. Los incidentes racistas en los centros educativos pueden
